How We Did This Part 1

We use industry standard engineering tools such as ProE, Solidworks to develop the final product. Using these tools, we can optimize the vehicle fitment, overall product architecture, and design for manufacturability. As shown in the photos below, we can freely manipulate both part and assembly definition to ensure proper fitment.

Using the files from ProEngineer and Solidworks, ANSYS provides a seamless interface to simulate and optimize part definition based upon design requirements, material selections, and boundary conditions. We simulate the most efficient and optimized means for manufacturing the parts through our supplier network as well as stress the parts within a digital environment.
